Error Executing Mapview SQLs As Part Of The UIM Patch 7.4.1.3 (Doc ID 2747173.1)

Qn1 : For applying patch UIM 7.4.1.3,
Following SQLs need to be executed as part of this patch.

Extract ora_uim_dbtools.jar into a folder and look for uimdefaultstyles.sql and usersdothemes.sql in Scripts sub-folder and execute these scripts for proper display of Mapview visuals enhanced in this patch release. Note that you need to commit the changes after executing the script and re-start the Mapviewer from Mapviewer console.

But getting the following error while executing both the SQL files. Could you please help here.

 
Qn2:Any plans for fixing the SQL files in the future releases?
