Qn1:On : 4.3.0.4.0 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

Multiple instances are not letting any other job to run through Application UI

Multiple instances are not letting any other job to run through Application UI. When one job is running the first instance is in progress status and all other subsequent requests are in pending status. But when we trigger a different at the time through UI, that also getting queued up in pending status.
