Argus Orphaned Sessions on Database (Doc ID 2747417.1)

Goal

Database admin team have recently identified multiple orphan Database sessions from the esmproc.exe user which are not being correctly closed and they are causing slowness and, sometimes, errors in the Argus application.

Is there a way to identify the sessions and the required changes to resolve this problem?
