Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Memory Based Planner

When attempting to run a constrained ASCP plan, Memory Based Planner 64-bit Linux fails.
he following error occurs.

Solving Sourcing Tier Objective
No objective present in lp32
solve lp 32, take time: 0
/apstst/apse/12.2/fs2/EBSapps/appl/mso/12.0.0/bin/MSONWL64.exe
Program was terminated by signal 11


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the application.
2. Run the ASCP plan.
3. See that the plan fails with above error.
