Asset Effective Date Is Not Replicating In The Device Config Effective Date. (Doc ID 2747599.1)

On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, Framework

In C2M 2.7.0.3.0 new install we are seeing the issues.

Asset Effective date is not replicating in the Device Config Effective Date.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Asset Effective date and Device Config Effective Date should be same.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step: 1
Create An Asset with Effective Date as 01/01/2019
Asset got created with the Effective date mentioned
Step: 2
Move the asset lifecycle to “In Store”
Step 3:
Asset was successfully moved to “In Store” state and Device and related components were created in C2M
Step 4:
Device Config effective date was SYSDATE or CREDTTM instead of Asset Effective Date
