Data Missing on Connection Design > Connection Reconciliation window's SONET/SDH Assignments Tab (Doc ID 2747933.1)

Symptoms

MetaSolv Solution 6.3.0.1003.b8 running on Oracle Database 12cR2 Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0.

 

SONET assignments are missing on the Connection Design > Connection Reconciliation window's SONET/SDH Assignments tab. The behavior was observed while testing MetaSolv Solution 6.3 for the upgrade project from 6.2.X where the data is displayed as expected. Further investigation relates the behavior to the Oracle Optimizer as configuring the database's optimizer_features_enable parameter to '11.2.0.3' corrects the problem.

 

Below is the application query that retrieves data for the SONET/SDH Assignments tab (datawindow name = d_networkassignmentscurrent_rec) in the Connection Reconciliation window (w_circuit_reconciliation_maint).
