Goal
On :C2M 2.7.0.3.0 version, Customer Care and Billing
High Low Check VEE Rule Incorrect Calculation
Have configured High/Low check VEE Rule in C2M 2.7.0.3.0 for checking High Consumption. Calculation showing in IMD log tab is incorrect.

Need clarification on calculation behind high value.
Customer Expectation:

WE took the previous consumption which is 212
No. of historical days to consider is configured as 10
So, average of 1 days is 212/10
Now High percentage is 400
SO high value should be (212/10)*4
=84.8
