Symptoms

Users was unable to create copy of the case and encountered following error message -

 

Following detailed error was logged in View Error Log screen -

". :- Procedure p_copy_case_dataCASE_PROD_INDICATIONS Error: -2291 ORA-02291: integrity constraint (ARGUS_APP.FK_CASE_PROD_IND_PROD_SEQ_NUM) violated - parent key not found
