LDAP User Cannot Log into Web Client Even After Waiting for Long Time (Doc ID 2748934.1)

Symptoms

Very slow performance for LDAP user to login to Agile.
LDAP user cannot log into Web Client even after waiting for a long time.

After taking thread dump, see below line appearing in the stuck thread. For the instruction to take thread dump, refer to Note:1294958.1:


Facts

The LDAP user belongs to the LDAP group
Issue happens with all the LDAP users in the same LDAP group

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Java Client as admin user, and configure LDAP, and run Refresh Users from LDAP directory
2. Enable the user synchronized from LDAP
3. Log into WebLogic admin console, and configure LDAP
4. Log into Web Client as LDAP user. Unable to log in even after waiting for 20 min
