Measuring Component 360 View - Initial Measurement Overlay - Quick Edit not working (IE)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It is expected that the IMD details will be displayed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for a Measuring Component and Go To 360 Degree View
2. Scroll down to the Initial Measurement Overlay zone.
3. Click Quick Edit icon
4.Scalar Initial Measurement window pops up but has no data.
