Agile Reporter- cell value is Not Rounding To 4 Decimal Places When Exported To excel and PDF (Doc ID 2749004.1)

OFS_AGILE_RP_USFED

Agile Reporter option "export to file” option with excel and PDF files are not showing the value properly for the decimal numbers.
The CSV export is working fine

Eg the Leverage Ratio (Sch HC-R line 31) value in Agile reporter is 8.3921% (4 decimal places). However, when exporting to an excel or pdf file, the leverage ratio rounds to 8% instead of extending the percentage four decimal places.
