How To Override An Online Transaction Timeout (Doc ID 2749178.1)

Goal

The CCB application is designed to have timeouts for online transactions.  
We do not expect online transactions to run for long periods of time > 60 seconds.
The standard timeout for online transactions is 60 seconds, but the customer can override the timeout parameter, if needed.
