HH UI: Incorrect Item Quantity Published By SIM if Item Exists In Different Containers In The ASN (Doc ID 2749189.1)

When an Advancced Shipment Notification (ASN) message that contains the same item in different containers with different quantities is processed in SIM, the quantities are incorrectly updated for both line items doubling the count and incorrect quantity published to RMS in the ReceiptCre message. This occurs when the PO is received using the SIM Handheld (HH) UI.

Expected the item quantities to be populated correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Process a POCre message for an item quantity of 2.
