ORA-06550 object AGILE.STRUCTURE_EXPANSION is invalid (Doc ID 2749220.1)

Symptoms

When users try and do a Load to CAD or try to bring any Agile cad file into NX, AutoCAD or Inventor, user gets the below error in the application and CAD fails to load. When user looks at the package in SQL developer, user sees that the package has a red X.

ORA-06550 object AGILE.STRUCTURE_EXPANSION is invalid

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrade Agile from 9.3.5 to 9.3.6 and MCAD from 3.5 to 3.6

2. Load to CAD or try to bring any Agile cad file into NX, AutoCAD or Inventor

 

FACTS
-----------------------
1. Try to recompile STRUCTURE_EXPANSION of Agile database schema with below SQL:

 2. Receive the following error: ORA-06550: line1, column 7;PLS-00905
