Missing records in aai_aom_app_comp_attr_mapping table while installing ECM 8.0.8 pack on an existing sanctions pack combination.

Steps to Reproduce :

1) Install Sanctions pack 8.0.8 as per install Guide.

2) Install ECM pack 8.0.8 on top of Sanctions pack.
