Error Deleting a Cost BP Item Line: The System Could Not Process Your Request (Doc ID 2749357.1)

When attempting to delete a Cost BP (Business Process) Line Item, the following error occurs.

The system could not process your request
Logging in again may help in some cases
Contract your System Administrator if you are still having problems

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Application
  2. Identify the project
  3. Navigate to the BP
  4. Start editing
  5. Select a line and try to delete it
  6. Notice the error
