Work Queue Manager Dropdown List Cannot Be Completed Navigated to Using Arrow Keys (Doc ID 2749542.1)

Symptoms

In the Work Queue Manager drop-down list for work queues, you use the arrow keys to move up or down in the list. For the first queue that you encounter that has tasks, the cursor focus moves from the dropdown list to the first task in the queue. This change in focus causes the dropdown list to no longer be navigated with the arrow keys. The value must be cleared from the field so that you can reactivate the dropdown list with the applicable values. This causes navigation issues when trying to review all queues in the list for a user since you have to manually clear the field and select the new queue from the dropdown with the mouse.
