Problem with Nms-update-customers script when There are Customer-specific Files Involved (Doc ID 2749548.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.0.0 version, Installation

The nms-update-customers does not seem to execute completely when there are nms_cu_meters_updated.sql and <project>_cu_meters_updated.sql in the NMS_SQL_FILES directory.

ERROR

Product amr is licensed.

Error - cannot read ORACLE file /scratch/users/prd/sql/nms_cu_meters_updated.sql
<project>_cu_meters_updated.sql




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the nms-update-customers script with the customer file also in place, <project>_cu_meters_updated.sql
2. Review the update log for the indicated error
