PSR Validate Order and Receive Error: Unable to get Tab Page Name for Error Number 31281 (Doc ID 2749556.1)

Symptoms

When validating a PSR order with the preference "Finish order without a product" set to N, if the custom validation procedure(SP_PSR_CUSTOM_VALIDATION) returns an error, the application responds with the below error instead of the actual error message from the custom validation procedure.

Error: Unable to get Tab Page Name for Error Number 31281.
Details: of_Get_Tab_Name( 31281, ls_TabName ) returned: -1
