Work Queue Manager Right-click Menu Options Disabled (Greyed Out) When They Should be Available (Doc ID 2749808.1)

The "Re-Open Task", "Jeopardy Status...", and "Service Request Tasks..." right-click menu options are displayed as disabled (greyed out) when they should be enabled based on the selected task in the Work Queue Manager Work Queue window (w_work_queue_mgr_main). The behavior first begins when the right-click menu is accessed from a work queue having no tasks which is actually correct since there are no task records. However, the behavior persists across all work queues until the Work Queue Manager is closed and re-opened and the right-click menu is accessed from a work queue with tasks.
