Goal
In all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), the Service Development Kit (SDK) exposes Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that allow for the querying of Wallets against both the Service Logic Controller (SLC) and Voucher Wallet Server (VWS) databases for the information available per node type.
It these APIs are limited to just querying the A-Party/Calling Party and it is not possible to query any other Wallet ID and/or explicitly query for the information stored in the VWS database.
