Incorrect Password Message While Lock/Unlock or Case Routing for LDAP user (Doc ID 2750036.1)

Oracle Argus Safety Cloud Service - Version 8.2 and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

While locking/unlocking of cases OR routing the case to another workflow state, the system is displaying the following message, even though the user entered correct password -

Case Routing :

 

LDAP is configured in Argus Console and user was able to login into Argus Safety successfully.
