Symptoms
After configuring and deploying Single Sign On (SSO) with a SAML 2.0 Identity Provider (i.e. Okta) with Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), getting below error when logging into Web Client:
The account is not a valid user in Agile Product Lifecycle Management. Please contact the Administrator.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Configure and deploy SSO with a SAML 2.0 Identity Provider with Agile.
- Access to Web Client URL (http://server_name.domain_name:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet), and see it redirects to the login page of SAML 2.0 Identity Provider.
- Give username and password.
- Now the browser URL is redirected to http://server_name.domain_name:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet, but see the error message.
