"Application Blocked by Java Security" When Accessing to Java Client on Agile 9.3.6 (Doc ID 2750107.1)

Java client fails to open with below error:


Application blocked by Java security

For security, applications must now meet the requirements for the High or Very High security settings, or be part of the Exception Site List, to be allowed to run

Name: Agile Java Client
Location: http://{appserver_name}.{domain_name}:{port}
Reason: Your security settings have blocked an application signed with an expired or not-yet-valid certificate from running


SSL is not enabled for Application Server


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access to Java Client URL
2. Launch
3. Gets error
