Symptoms

Getting save failed error when trying to upload a Doc.

Also, below errors in the Log.

ava.lang.Exception: [5]:Failed in File transfer
java.lang.Exception: [5]:Failed in File transfer
at com.iflex.fic.util.DocumentManagerHelper.copyFileToApp(DocumentManagerHelper.java:986)
at com.iflex.fic.util.DocumentManagerHelper.UploadDocument(DocumentManagerHelper.java:400)

java.io.IOException: Failed to copy file to App
