Multiple rows are found in CI_BSEG_READ table in the case of BD Billing

First Question: Multiple rows are found in CI_BSEG_READ table in the case of BD Billing (usage data being provided by MDM). This is different from client expected single row as it was in case of SP Rated Billing (meaning reads based billing based on reads available in CCB).

As evident in the extract provided (check below check 1.4 and 2), in the case on SP Rated billing we only one row in CI_BSEG_READ. We have question on this: Why do we have some many rows in this table when the same SA is updated to BD Rated.

Second question: why data gathered from usage table is being written twice in SQ and BSEG_READ.
