Unifier Search Function in Business Process Logs Does Not Return Correct Results When Using "_" or "%"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The search function in Business Process (BP) logs does not work when using the underline (_) or percent (%) characters as filters. Records are not filtered based on the entered criteria.
The search function should work normally when using those characters.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to any BP Log and click the Search icon.
- Search using either % or _.
- Observe records are not filtered accordingly.
