Symptoms

The client is requesting for additional Categories be added for Both Down Time/Delay Time Calendar Events.  For example:  Each of the Event Type for "Down Time" and "Delay Time"
could have 3 additional Categories/Colors for more specific details regarding the specific type of down time or Delay Time.
