Goal

Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) 12.2.1 Version, Process Integration Packs (PIP) Order to Cash (O2C) for Siebel configuration requires the following information to be provided before the PIP can be configured.

Siebel EAI Username
Siebel Database User name

The following doc quotes "sadmin" as an example.
