Can ATP API Call Be Based Only On Customer Zip Code? (Doc ID 2751426.1)

Our customers do not have warehouse, customer and customer site id information all they will pass is ZIP code.
Can we get the availability information if we pass only Zip Code instead of warehouse as a input to ATP API  ?

Tried with Customer_postal_code input field available in ATP documentation to fetch the availability information for the given postal code.
Below is the output. Availability information is missing and we get error 80 - No Sources

Can we get the availability information only by passing item, qty, request date and Zip code as inputs to ATP API call?
