Sub Balance Validity End Date is Incorrect (Doc ID 2751851.1)

Scenario:

In Pricing Design Center (PDC), one has configured charge offer with impact to a non-currency resource for 1 month (Validity end = Event Occurrence + 1 Recurring Cycle(s) From Validity Start).
In Billing Care, purchased the above charge offer to Accounts, but the sub balance's end date is showing undefined (meaning infinite validity), while expected is the start of next cycle, for example, 1 Jan to 1 Feb
