Not Able To Import Forecast Data Through Integration Interface For New Combination (Doc ID 2752252.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to import forecast through integration interface for New combinations created through EP LOAD MAIN procedure using sales staging table with quantity 0.
This functionality was working before upgrade (version 7.3.1) but is not working post upgrade (12.2.8). System is importing forecast that have sales or for which has manually created buckets from Member management.

Integration interface profile has dates from 2019 to 2027.

Also had tried for Actual quantity of 0.00001 and had same issue.
Customer does not want to enable "Create new combinations" in integration profile as they don't want new combinations to be created.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Able to import forecast through integration interface for New combinations

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run ep_load_main
2.Row is inserted in t_src_sales_tmpl and item_tmpl and combination is created
3.Review in sales_data, it exists
4.Import forecast for this combination- Run "forecast Import" workflow which has transfer step: "ForecastImport"
5.completed workflow
6.Review in worksheet:
Forecast imported for current month only and not for forecast periods
