Symptoms

The below error is reported relating to Full Text Search (FTS) on Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) System.

Error Message

DRG-11207: user filter command exited with status 2

DRG-11225: Third-party filter timed out.

Error Definition

Third-party filter could not filter this document because the filter timed out.

Increase the value of the TIMEOUT attribute of INSO_FILTER filter type and re-index this document. When TIMEOUT attribute is set to 0 and the session hangs then contact Oracle Support.
