CCB Source Configuration Failed While Adding CI_SA_REL Table In Replication (Doc ID 2752476.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.7.0.1.0 version, System Wide

OUA Source Configuration process fails with the following error while implementing CDC:

ODI-15021: Journalizing requires a Primary Key on the Table: CI_SA_REL

The issue is also observed with the tables F1_SVC_TASK,UM_IN_MKTMSG and UM_OUT_MKT_MSG.
These tables are identified as Effective Dated tables by the JKM
however the Effective Date column is not a part of the primary key for this table.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Enable the replication for the above mentioned tables
2. Run Source Configuration process
3. Notice that the process fails with the aforementioned error
