Symptoms

ECM CS Customer Screening Tab displays duplicate events in the Event List for the same watchlist details or match.

Steps To Reproduce :
Try accessing CS cases from ECM application
ECM application home >> Search cases >> Case Summary>>CS Case >> 

Actual Behavior :
Events with same watchlist details and score are repeated multiple times

Expected behavior :
Duplicate Event details for the same watchlist details not to be displayed for a CS case
