Database Connection Leaks During Indexing of Orders in the CSC (Doc ID 2752719.1)

Issue Statement

Database connections not closed if any DB Errors are encountered during Indexing of Orders in CSC application. This eventually leads to the exhaustion of the Available Database Connections and application stops responding. Requires a restart to get the application back up and running.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Schedule an Indexing Job on CSC to index the Orders
2. During the Execution of the Indexing, all the DB connections are exhausted.
3. Application stops responding since there is no connection available in the pool.
