Data Collections failing with ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted error (Doc ID 2752761.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Data Collections

When attempting to run complete refresh data collections, planning ODS Load request fails. The following error is observed:

ORA-01110: data file 51: '/ormtsptst/oracle/MTSPPTST/data/a_txn_ind09.dbf'
ORA-26040: Data block was loaded using the NOLOGGING option

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Complete Collections
2. Planning ODS load worker completes with error
