Goal

Upgrading Argus 8.1.1 to Argus 8.2.1.

Chosen to install the Database tool on the app server, but get warning that missing MS Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable x64.

Question:

Is it required to have the office package or is it fine to remove office and only install Access Engine Redistribute 64bit.

Not mentioned in documentation that Office is needed . If office is needed, is it possible to go with 2019 version?.
