Frequent BEA-101017 Error in Agile Application Server Log When Web Client is Accessed from Firefox Browser (Doc ID 2752802.1)

Symptoms

Below errors are found in Agile Application Server log

Error

<Error> <HTTP> <BEA-101017> <[ServletContext@1927781287[app:AgilePLM module:/Agile path:null spec-version:3.1]] Root cause of ServletException.
java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
...
<Error> <HTTP> <BEA-101017> <[ServletContext@312512427[app:AgilePLM module:/Agile path:null spec-version:3.1]] Root cause of ServletException.
weblogic.servlet.internal.ServletNestedRuntimeException: Cannot parse POST parameters of request: '/Agile/PCMServlet'



Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Web Client from Firefox browser
  2. Check Agile Application Server log (stdout log)
