Model Builds Fail with Error ORA-03113 in MBDBService Log (Doc ID 2753003.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, MBService

Occasionally, a model build patch will fail and this error will be in the MBDBService log:

There is NO corresponding ORA-03114 error in the log.
