Slow Response From Web Service Requests (Doc ID 2753090.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index (OHMPI) 4.0.2.2, slow response times are observed when calling the web services.

When using a custom build API using out of the box OHMPI web services to run searches and add/update source records, the queries associated to OHMPI web services are slow.


Steps to reproduce the issue:
    1. Via a custom build API, submit an HTML using a POST method.
    2. Execute the following search flows:
            i.   ALPHA-SEARCH-1 or ALPHA-SEARCH-1T or ALPHA-SEARCH-2
            ii.  ALPHA-SEARCH-3
            iii. ALPHA-SEARCH-4
            iv.  BLOCK-SEARCH-1

    Slow response times are observed for all these requests.
