Symptoms
Recently performed Database refresh from Production into Development environment.
Updated the control_table to align with DB_NAME
When attempt to login to Argus, now getting EID_DBAPP_INSERT_LOGINID (301200172) error:
CMN_ERROR_LOG entry below is created around the same time:
Argus Safety.COM :- Oracle error 1 occurred.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (G001SCHEMA.PK_CMN_USER_LOGIN) violated
