Customer Order Management Screen Displays Partial Data Not Matching With Filter Selection Criteria (Doc ID 2753234.1)

Customer Order Management List screen does not display all the orders that are open and needing action by the business users.

Expect that for each transaction type, all open orders needing action are displayed on this screen. Not a subset of them.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the following query against the SIM database and note the results displayed are 100, out of which 50 are in statuses New and In Progress

2. Login to SIM
3. Select Customer Order Management
4. On the Customer Order Management List screen, only 20 of the 50 transactions are displayed
