Dynamic Filter does Not Appear when Added to WebCallEntry (WCE) Outage History Table (Doc ID 2753294.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.0.3 version, Web Call Entry

Dynamic filter does not appear when added to WCE Outage History table

Want to add a filter to the table that displays the Outage History on the Outage History dialog of WCE.  The configuration was modified to add the  dynamic_filter_enabled="true" to the TableBehavior of that table.   However, the filter fails to appear after rebuild.

The dynamic filter capability that was configured should appear on the Outage History table
