RPAS Server: transferData is Failing to Move Data for Measures on Global Domain

Symptoms
When using transferData utility to move the data from one domain to another, Global domain measure data is not getting transferred. Even though transferData utility execution is shown as successful, the data is not actually being moved from source domain to destination domain's measure and below error is noticed:
