Symptoms
On : 2.5.0.0.0 version, Installation
The nms-naming-service script fails to start tao_cosnaming.
The naming_service log has this error:
(20169|1) EXCEPTION, TAO_Naming_Server::init_with_orb
system exception, ID 'IDL:omg.org/CORBA/BAD_PARAM:1.0'
TAO exception, minor code = 8 (endpoint initialization failure in Acceptor Registry; ENOSYS), completed = NO
Changes
This was a fresh installation of NMS 2.5.0.0.3, using the OPAL demonstration model on a Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit) 11.4 system.
