Last updated on FEBRUARY 25, 2021

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing - Version 8.0.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP)
Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

Goal

On FTP 8.0.7.4, when running FTP Pricing Incentive Adjustment Rule using Formula Based Rate for a deal that has original term of 12 M the pricing_incentive_rate is not populated as expected.

The interest rate curve used in the Adjustment Rule and in the Formula Based Rate is using the ‘1Y’ point but not ‘12M’, the resulted pricing_incentive_rate is not correct.
The engine does not seem to equate 12M term with 1Y.
