Org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: The Connection Is Closed

On :CCB 188.8.131.52.0 version,
org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: The connection is Closed
Batch job issue, it was failed with the following error and rest all other batches are completed successfully.
When checked at DB level , It got completed successfully and no issue was found, It has processed the records as well. But submitjob has updated with the following error details.
" - 2020-10-21 20:57:32,115 [main] WARN (jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper) SQL Error: 31, SQLState: null
- 2020-10-21 20:57:32,115 [main] ERROR (jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper) The connection is closed: The connection is closed

org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: The connection is closed: The connection is closed"

com.splwg.shared.common.LoggedException: Error getting the run status from the database for job CMCOLOR2
Caused by: org.hibernate.HibernateException: Could not close UCP pool and return back the connection
