Org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: The Connection Is Closed (Doc ID 2754398.1)

Symptoms

On :CCB 2.7.0.1.0 version,

org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: The connection is Closed
Batch job issue, it was failed with the following error and rest all other batches are completed successfully.
When checked at DB level , It got completed successfully and no issue was found, It has processed the records as well. But submitjob has updated with the following error details.

Error:

 -   2020-10-21 20:57:32,115 [main] ERROR (jdbc.spi.SqlExceptionHelper) The connection is closed: The connection is closed
 -   2020-10-21 20:57:32,118 [main] ERROR (support.context.FrameworkSession) Error initializing framework session
org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: The connection is closed: The connection is closed"
 -   2020-10-21 20:57:32,127 [main] ERROR (api.batch.StandaloneExecuter) Error encountered in standalone executer
com.splwg.shared.common.LoggedException: Error getting the run status from the database for job CMCOLOR2
Caused by: org.hibernate.HibernateException: Could not close UCP pool and return back the connection
