Goal

OHI 3.20.2: Reference URL's under all metadata resource now have https instead of http

From OHI 3.20.2 onward we see all reference url's, edit form, create form url's for metadata resource have https in the endpoint instead of http (as in lower OHI versions). Looks like this is now controlled by property - 'ohi.claims.application.baseurl'.

In the OHI versions below 3.20.2 irrespective of property - 'ohi.claims.application.baseurl' value, returned reference url's were always http.

For example, OHI 3.20.2 QA instance, we have set:

ohi.claims.application.baseurl=https://ohipqa3.xxx.org

returned all reference url's for metadata resource now have https unlike lower OHI versions and as a result all API calls are failing due to invalid certificate issue.

Is there a way to set application base url as https but force OHI to return http for reference url's?
