Symptoms

The pop-up error attached below occurred during the 'Update' operation on CTM templates. 

It shows,

Error updating template. update Template (SQL Exception) message=ORA-04063: package body "IPSAADM.XTM" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "IPSAADM.XTM"
ORA-06512: at line 1
